Catching Up

It's been awhile since we've made a post on the blog, so I thought I'd update you all on the past month or two. Liz celebrated her birthday with a PB beach party including ice luge! John and I went camping at Black Mountain, and in between all of that John has been climbing a bunch and I've been running very very far. With my marathon quickly approaching I've had to dedicate my Saturdays over the past couple of months to my long runs. John has taken the opportunity to use my long run days as his long climbing days. He's met some new climbing buddies and has been heading out to the desert, mountains, tram-way, or really anyplace within 2-3 hours of San Diego that has good climbing. We also had Jim & Patti out to visit us again (I'll make a separate post of those pictures) and last weekend we attended the Kashi breakfast on the beach with Margaret and Aaron. Not to shabby....enjoy the pictures!
